Where the work happens. The protocols live in the DOZUS app, the daily session, the journal, and the order built around you.
You don’t read a protocol. You run it. Headphones in, thirty minutes, once a day. Here’s the app that carries it: from the quiz that places you, to the session itself, to watching the pattern actually move.

Start in the right place.
Six protocols, one for each pattern you keep meaning to break. The quiz decides which one comes first.
Twelve questions read where you’re actually stuck (not the surface complaint, the thing underneath it) and order the six around you. You don’t guess. You don’t start with whatever’s loudest. The app opens to the one that moves the most for you right now, and lines up the rest behind it.
you
Your order, read from twelve answers. Start at the top.
One session.
Four phases.
Around thirty minutes, the same shape every day. You’re not asked to do anything but listen.
The session guides you down into a receptive state, clears the old emotional charge held under the pattern, then rehearses the new one until the subconscious encodes it as something you’ve already lived. A short silence consolidates it, then brings you back. The middle phase is set by your level, how far ahead of where you are now the rehearsal reaches.
Catch the shift early.
A short journal after each session. It catches what’s loosening before anyone else has noticed it in you.
Awareness moves first, behaviour second. Reflect holds that gap, a couple of prompts when the session ends, a quiet record of what felt different. Over the days it becomes the proof you can point to: the held breath that wasn’t there this time, the thing you said instead of swallowing. You see it on the page before it shows up in the room.
What moved?
Where did today’s session land?
The pattern, over time.
Consistency at the subconscious level compounds when you give it the time. The app shows you that it’s happening.
One session is a session. The shift is the line you can see forming across weeks, sessions run, the patterns loosening, the protocols you’ve worked through and the one you’re on now. It’s not a leaderboard and it’s not a guilt counter. It’s the quiet evidence that the version of you who acts is the one running the day now, not the one you keep meaning to become.
forming
Charisma, then Execution. Inner Critic next, the order’s holding.
The work lives here.
Take the quiz, find where to start, then run it daily in the app. A week is enough to feel the architecture working, and the journal shows you the shift before anyone else does.
