Refunds
For purchases made through the App Store, refunds are processed by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue refunds for App Store transactions directly.
For any other purchase issue — missing content, double-charge, or a delivery problem — email us and we’ll sort it.
Bug reports and feedback
If something is broken, please include: what you tried to do, what happened instead, your device (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro), and your iOS version. The more specific you are, the faster we can fix it.
Feature requests and feedback are welcome — we read everything, even when we can’t reply.
